ABOUT ERIK!Erik is a professional ecologist and an award winning nature photographer based in Västmanland, Sweden. He was born in the spring of 1997 and has been into nature photography since 2011, when he got himself his first DSLR. His photographs mostly depicts birds and mammals in the Scandinavian wilderness, but also landscapes and evertebrates.
The main goal and ambition for Erik in his photography is to capture natural events that will inspire others to open their eyes for the magic beauty in the nature, and also to understand the fragility of the nature, often caused by us humans. Since March 2019 he is an elected member in The Swedish Association for Nature Photographers (Naturfotograferna/N). His pictures have been published in several magazines. Erik have also been awarded in several national photography contests.
